fgetss ( int fp, int length [, string allowable_tags])
Idéntica a fgets(), excepto que fgetss
trata de quitar cualquier etiqueta HTML y PHP del texto que
lee.
Se puede utilizar el tercer parámetro opcional para especificar
etiquetas que no deben de quitarse.
Nota:
allowable_tags fue añadido en PHP 3.0.13,
PHP4B3.
