cybermut_creerreponsecm ( string phrase)
cybermut_creerreponsecm() returns a string containing
delivery acknowledgement message.
The parameter is "OK" if the message of confirmation of the payment
was correctly identified by cybermut_testmac().
Any other chain is regarded as an error message.
