Billing and Payment

1. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa, US checks and wire transfer (SWIFT).
American Express is not accepted.

2. Do you offer prepayment discounts?
Yes, each HERA VS and MicroRack page lists its annual pre-pay discount.

3. Can I upgrade my hosting or server plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade your account at any time. There will be no additional setup or upgrade fee. Please contact our support team.

4. How can I change or update the credit card information for my account?
When you have originally signed up, you have received an email with your login information for the Worldpay payment server. If you still have this data, just log in to your WorldPay admin area at http://support.worldpay.com/admin/index.html to change your credit card details. If not, please contact our sales department. We can cancel the current recurring payment setup and send you a new payment link. Please do NOT include your new payment details!

5. How do I cancel my account or server?
We do not accept cancelations over the phone or via regular email. If you would like to cancel your account please log in to your web control panel and use the
  Extras -> My Account
management tool.

6. Do you have a reseller program?
At this time, we do not have a reseller program.
