is now available for all MicroRack servers and
Pro and eCommerce hosting packages. Due to various
incompatibilities
existing servers and accounts will not be updated to MySQL 5 automatically.

In addition to PHP 4.4.x,
PHP 5.2.3
incl. GD-, FreeType und IMAP-modules is now available for all
PHP enabled hosting Accounts and MicroRack servers.
The "register_globals" option has been activated by default.
However, we urge all clients to activate the
register_globals=On
option in a
/etc/php.ini file, to keep scripts compatible with future PHP
versions if global variable access is required.
To use PHP on your domain, your files need to end with .php
rather than .html or .htm.
On the MicroRack system the "Apache Settings" and "Site Manager" allow you to select the php version.
Existing hosting accounts will not be updated to PHP 5 automatically.
